On-site consultations for standard single-story residential properties within Perth typically take 3 hours. Larger properties, or those impacted by significantly depleted or “sour” earth energy and geopathic stress, may require additional time to fully rebalance and restore to a clean, sweet earth energy.

For larger properties or unique situations—such as rural locations or multiple dwellings on a single site—consultations may require additional time. In these instances, B Clear may allocate extra resources with specialized expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.

 

Specific details, including potential travel expenses for locations over 40km from Stoneville 6081, will be discussed during your application process. Once your booking is confirmed, B Clear will begin initial preparations prior to commencing onsite work.   3. Onsite Consultation Process:

    • Starts outside the home, walking the property perimeter with dowsing rods then inside the home.

    • Detects various earth energies and stressors:

  • Large Acreage Properties with Multiple Structures:
    Properties featuring multiple structures—such as sheds, granny flats, studios, home businesses, chicken pens, stables or other animal enclosures where people or animals reside—completion typically requires 1 to 2 days to complete, involving 2 to 3 B Clear consultants.

Rates & Scheduling

The initial rate covers up to 3 hours. Beyond this, we offer either an hourly rate or a set day rate (for every 8 hours), depending on the project scope and your preferences. Final estimates are subject to the specific site details and requirements provided by the client.

Upon receipt of your request, B Clear will review your property plan, supply a quote, and confirm via email to proceed with your balance on the agreed date.

Do i need to be home during my property balance?

Yes, the client/s are required at the property for the duration of the property balance and for the corner stones installation.

  • If you own the property all owners are required.
  • If you rent or lease the property all the lease holders are required.
  • B Clear is committed to partnering exclusively with individuals who uphold ethical standards and demonstrate integrity.

Can my children and pets be home during my property balance?

Yes children and pets can be at home.

B Clear may ask them to step outside when the theraputic input is taking place.

You may even notice your pets acting a little odd during this time..........do not be concerned, animals pick up on the change in energy as may some of the more senstive humans! 

Will you travel to complete my property balance if i live outside Perth WA?

B Clear are currently focussing on the Perth area and immiediate surrounds so we are home each afternoon.

However its always worth discussing your unique requirements so go to the contact tab and complete your details or if you pefer give B Clear a call and we can discuss with you.

If you have other people in the same town or city you live in also interested in a property balance ,we can look at booking everyone in over a few days and spliting the travel cost across the group so everyone benefits!

Note - Travel requests require minimum of 2 x B Clear consultants  and client is responsable for all B Clear travel and hotel/motel accomodation expenses.

 

 

When is the best time and weather to begin my property balance?

B Clear likes to arrive onsite between 9 -11am and depart by 3pm.

We can start a little earlier or later however for our health and safety we only work during daylight hours so we must be completed by latest 4pm.

We factor in the weather - ideal weather is blue skys,minimal wind (so our dowsing rods don't get blown around) and moderate temperature.

We can generally use the bureau forcast about 10 days in advance and work in with our clients.In the event of storms,heavy rain,very hot or cold weather we will reschedule your property balance to a more suitable day to ensure the best posisble outcome for your property.

Is B Clear available on weekends and public holidays?

We get asked this alot and the answer is yes! 

We understand that alot of people work Monday to Friday and are only available on Saturday,Sunday,or public holidays so we make every effort to meet our clients schedules as we know how important clearing geopathic stress from your home is.

Send us some dates you have in mind and we will do our best to accomodate you.

B Clear will add the standard 10% surcharge to our pricing for Sundays and public holidays.

Geopathic Stress

As part of your property balancing process, B Clear will complete a detailed overview map of your property. This map highlights the locations of earth energy water lines, ley lines, and geomagnetic grid systems (note these lines generally are not in a straight line). It also identifies geomagnetic stress points where one or more energy lines intersect, with particular attention paid to water lines in key areas such as bedrooms, offices, and living rooms. These spaces are significant because they are where people spend long periods, especially at night when electromagnetic energy levels naturally increase, often influenced by factors like full moons. There's a lot to assess and take into account during this process!

The example map showcases geopathic stress points marked in red. Once cleared, the purified and harmonious earth energy lines, which are particularly beneficial, are highlighted in blue.

  • The most intense geopathic stress points are marked in red and numbered 1-7.
  • Points #1 (bottom left) and #2 (bottom right) are the most depleted and energetically "sour," as they have multiple intersecting lines.
